8 acres on the Capricorn Highway, on the Western side of Blackwater, next to the mining museum & Japanese Gardens. The Motel & Park are well treed & grassed with easy access to powered van sites. Most motel & park guests are working for the local coal mines, railways & local infrastructure supporting the coal industry. You will meet many interesting folk with a wealth of local knowledge & yarns. Visit Blacktown National Park & then have a meal at Boabs cafe. Stay at the comfortable a/c motel and yes, we have many mature bottletrees in the grounds. Dogs welcome with responsible owners, by request only. Four wheel drive hire vehicles available.
