    At The Sands is the perfect choice for great budget accommodation as it is ideally located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Esplanade beachfront between Cavill and Elkhorn Avenues - 2 minutes to shops, supermarkets, theme park transport, Friday night markets and across the road to patrolled swimming beach with a handy access gate to Orchid Avenue shops. The one and two bedroom fully self contained apartments are very spacious and so central with ocean views. The apartments have balconies on both sides which create a well ventilated cool environment in summer and a warm feeling in winter.
