Built in 1877 for Sydney Griffith, a shipwright, as a private residence and it later became a private girls school. The house was converted into a Bed and Breakfast in 1983. The property consists of seven ensuite rooms and three share facility rooms. Located on the banks of the Mersey River, opposite the landscaped gardens and walking tracks of Devonport, Tasmania's gateway to North West Tasmania and within minutes of a level walk to the city centre and all amenities.
