The tourist centre can provide details of individual drives and their picnic facilities and it's definitely worth spending some time among the river redgums on a fine day. One of the most popular spots is Picnic Point, an aptly named old timbercutters' camp beside the Murray. Other features nearby include a waterbird observatory, the Moira Forest walkway and views of the Cadell Tilt, a geological fault line.
